Patrick was driving his car in Newcastle. A car travelling in the opposite direction suddenly veered into his path causing a violent collision. He recalls been suddenly thrown about by the force of the impact and hitting the top of his head.

We had Patrick examined by a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon who confirmed in the medical report that Patrick had suffered soft tissue injuries. We also obtained a medical report from a Consultant Plastic Surgeon who confirmed a presence of a small scar on his forehead. We entered into negotiations with the third party insurance company and a settlement in the sum of £12,500 was agreed.
